Get Salty & Lit Treatment Options
Halotherapy
- Duration: 45 minutes
Description: Micro particles of medical grade salt is dispersed into the treatment booth for you to breathe the salt in.
We have 2 different room setups:
- One room has 4 reclining chairs. Clients relax in a zero gravity chair during this treatment.
- One room has 2 reclining chair and a table and chairs for activities. Clients can either relax in a zero gravity chair or use the table for activities. We also have a variety of games/activities for quite entertainment in this room.
Attire: Any clothing you are comfortable in. The salt does not harm clothing.
Age Recommendation: All ages*
*Ages 13 years and younger must attend with a paid adult
Halotherapy & Far Infrared Sauna
Duration: 45 minutes
Description: An Infrared Sauna Therapy session that includes both Far Infrared Sauna Therapy and Halotherapy at the same time. We recommend treatment booth temperature start 110-130 degrees. We also recommend putting the temperature up when get in the sauna booth. You will have control of the temperature. Micro particles of medical grade salt will also be dispersed into the treatment booth for you to breathe in during the first 25 minutes of your session (this is optional).
Bring: A water bottle. If bringing a reusable water bottle we have a water station to fill it as needed. We do NOT allow refilling of disposable water bottles at our water station.
Attire: A swimsuit, undergarments or something similar is recommended. You want a lot of skin showing for this treatment. This is a hot sweaty treatment. We do ask that bottoms stay on during infrared sauna treatments.
The salt does not harm clothing.
Age Recommendation:
Ages 5-7 years* – up to 15 minute sessions.
Ages 8-10 years* – up to 30 minute sessions
Ages 11 and older* – up to 45 minute sessions.
Ages 80 and older will need a signed document from their physician stating that they deem it safe to obtain infrared sauna therapy.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna & Red Light Therapy
Duration: 40 minutes
Description: An Infrared Sauna Therapy session with Full Spectrum Infrared & Red Light Therapy. Full spectrum includes near, mid and far infrared. We recommend treatment booth temperature be 110-130 degrees. We also recommend putting the temperature up when get in the sauna booth. You will have control of the temperature.

Float Therapy
Duration: 30 or 60 minutes
Description: Float therapy involves laying/floating in a large bath tub with body temperature water about 12-15” deep. The water contains about 900 lbs. of Epsom salt. The high concentration of salt allows a person to release all muscles and float in the water effortlessly. Ideally the environment in the room removes all modern distractions including sound and light. This is sometimes referred to as sensory deprivation and allows your body and mind to release tension and deeply relax.
Bring: We will supply ear plugs, makeup remover towelette, a hair tie, q-tips, A+D ointment for scrapes, towels, soap and conditioner. You are responsible for bringing anything else you would need or want including brush/comb, something to put contact lenses in.
Attire: We recommend wearing nothing. The goal is to remove all distractions including the feeling of clothing on the body.
Arrival Times for Appointments
We know everyone's time is valuable. Therefore, in efforts to keep our schedule on track and treatment rooms ready for clients at the time of their appointment, please follow the arrival guidelines below.
NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment if it is your first visit of the scheduled treatment.
RETURNING CLIENTS: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment if you have already taken the scheduled treatment.
Please be free of ALL scented products prior to coming in.
This includes: essential oils, lotion, perfumes, colognes, smoking/vaping.

All of our treatment rooms are private rooms.
Payment is per person including if you share a room with friends or family.
