Okay guys. 😍 I had to take this little video to share about this, because it’s too good not to!! 😄 If you’ve seen me the last few months you’ve most likely heard me talk about these Halotherapy Infrared Sauna Sessions that I’ve been going to 1-2 times a week. I’ve been doing these treatments for about 3 months and really enjoy the 45 minutes of relaxing, sweating, down time, and the MANY added benefits that go along with it. (As you’ll see in the video) It’s how I start my day after work and they also have showers if you’d like for a small fee afterwards.
